m&m food couture & concepts, founded by michelin chef michael szarata in 1999, is a leading f&b company in bali, known for tailor made food couture catering. m&m is committed to food innovation, sustainability, technical precision and ethical practices, drawing inspiration from indonesian culture and global trends. over 25 years the m&m family has grown into a diverse team of multi-gen' culinary specialists from indonesia and south-east asia.  

m&m is also the founding f&b partner at waterbom bali, serving over a thousand quality comfort meals a day. the combination of high-end catering and daily operations, provides private clients and f&b businesses with first-hand experiences for our consultancy and training services. this is an important part of m&m's commitment to evolve and improve ourselves and the f&b industry.
